  Synopsis :  The course exposes first year students who considering teachers as their profession. The course basically studied the nature and importance of the teaching profession, and discusses the current challenges and requirements for the profession. The comprehensive topics that covered include characteristics of effective teachers, function of schools, first experiences as a novice teachers and issues related to the educational contexts.  Talk by an expert teachers based on the major subject taught will also introduced as knowledge sharing sessions.
